Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead HVAC Engineer to design and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and investigate HVAC systems including commercial, industrial, and laboratory applications
- Provide support in planning, scheduling, and conducting detailed design phases of facility engineering work
- Prepare technical specifications, engineering studies, and assist with facility upgrades and replacements
Required Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Ten or more years of relevant HVAC system design experience
- Proficiency in TRACE 700 or 3D+, AutoCAD, and Microstation
- Knowledge of relevant HVAC codes and standards
- Experience in preparing HVAC studies and coordinating detailed design phases
