Lead Internal Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Internal Auditor to manage and develop the internal audit team and strengthen processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute audit projects and Sarbanes-Oxley testing
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit reports with recommendations
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure timely deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a relevant field
• 4+ years of audit, accounting, or related business experience
• Thorough understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Advanced knowledge of internal audit methods and compliance standards
• Holds an active CIA, CISA, or CPA designation (preferred)
