Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Lead Java Full Stack Developer will provide technical leadership, manage full stack development, and collaborate with product teams while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and technical discovery for new features and platform improvements
• Develop scalable applications across frontend and backend technologies

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional full stack development experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or Java Spring Boot
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
