Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Professional Mobile and Desktop Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the mobility and desktop services team, ensuring high-level service delivery
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance with cybersecurity standards
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of technical controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience or 15 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Specialized knowledge in computer systems analysis and standard hardware/software
- Experience with systems administration and Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, requiring US Citizenship
- Experience with Macintosh and Linux operating systems is desired
