Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive design execution across complex product domains, taking ownership of large initiatives
- Design polished work that represents the brand through wireframes, visual comps, flows, and prototypes
- Mentor fellow designers and interns while promoting the brand and enhancing the design culture
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end digital product design with a focus on visual design and UX
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in design, UX/UI, or related fields
- Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design, and experimentation
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe CC
- Experience with cross-platform design and launching software at scale in a fast-paced environment
