Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to improve healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UI and UX across the entire product experience
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to design workflows for whole-person patient care
- Set the tone for the design team and drive experience exploration for mission-critical projects
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product design
- 3+ years of experience with an early- or mid-stage startup
- Experience in building products for operations team members
- Experience conducting qualitative research and quantitative analysis
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
