Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Lead Product Designer will manage the entire product design process from client discovery to product launch, working remotely in Canada and integrating AI into design workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops and alignment sessions with clients and their users
• Own the design lifecycle, including UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, and design systems work
• Ensure design quality assurance and that shipped products reflect the intended craft and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant design experience with a track record of launching real products
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design thinking
• Experience with design systems thinking as a core competency
• Proficiency in UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, and user research
• Experience integrating AI into design practices
