Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Lead Product Designer to own product design for Consumer Experience in a remote capacity, focusing on transforming complex senior care decisions into clear, trustworthy product experiences through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for Consumer workstreams, including journey mapping and production-ready design
• Utilize research and analytics to guide design decisions and improve consumer experiences
• Raise design quality by mentoring other designers and applying shared design patterns across channels

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience on complex consumer-facing products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and strategic influence on product design
• Proficiency in interaction design, systems thinking, and UX writing
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in the design process
• Excellent skills in Figma for communicating design intent through various formats
