Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to oversee product initiatives and manage a growing product team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensure timely product delivery
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of product features in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Define product requirements and success criteria while analyzing metrics to inform product success
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact product launches
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Experience in SaaS or event management software is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
