Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Sales Compensation Analyst to join their Sales Compensation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day commissions administration, including monthly payouts and manual adjustments
- Resolve commission-related inquiries and validate data through analysis
- Collaborate with business partners for data validation and compliance audits
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in compensation administration
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, proficient in building models and tools
- Experience with ICM tools (e.g., Xactly, Callidus, Varicent, Anaplan) is a strong plus
- Ability to adapt to rapid business changes in a high-growth environment
