Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Sales Compensation Analyst to join their Sales Compensation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day commissions administration, including monthly payouts and manual adjustments
  • Resolve commission-related inquiries and validate data through analysis
  • Collaborate with business partners for data validation and compliance audits

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation administration
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, proficient in building models and tools
  • Experience with ICM tools (e.g., Xactly, Callidus, Varicent, Anaplan) is a strong plus
  • Ability to adapt to rapid business changes in a high-growth environment
