Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Service Delivery Manager to oversee project and resource management services for their largest customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage external projects, including customer launches and onboarding services
- Create and own project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality deployments
- Facilitate customer meetings and provide frequent status reports on project progress
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a project/program manager
- BA/BS degree in a technical or business-related field
- Proven ability to define and document customer requirements and develop solutions
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ecommerce experience is preferred
