Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Service Delivery Manager to oversee project and resource management services for their largest customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage external projects, including customer launches and onboarding services
  • Create and own project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality deployments
  • Facilitate customer meetings and provide frequent status reports on project progress


Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience as a project/program manager
  • BA/BS degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Proven ability to define and document customer requirements and develop solutions
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ecommerce experience is preferred
