Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, Core Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and observable API-based backend services
- Own production systems, ensuring health and uptime while participating in on-call rotations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical requirements and system architectures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on large-scale systems
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- In-depth experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and messaging systems
