Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will design and develop scalable software solutions, enforce best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code while enforcing best practices
• Collaborate with product owners to refine requirements and own features end-to-end from technical design to ongoing support
• Mentor and support team members through pair programming and code reviews, fostering engineering excellence

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on software engineering experience in a SaaS environment
• Advanced proficiency in .NET/C# and strong front-end experience with Angular or a similar framework
• Solid experience with modern databases, including schema design and performance tuning
• 1-2+ years of experience acting as a technical lead on a team or project
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
