Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Support Engineer - Billing responsible for implementing and maintaining insurance products using a proprietary low-code development framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production support cases and develop clear action plans
- Lead root cause analysis for high severity cases and drive them towards permanent code fixes
- Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering and provide technical documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology with 7+ years of experience
- Experience with Majesco Property & Casualty or similar insurance-related solutions
- Strong knowledge of Java or equivalent object-oriented programming language
- Experience in developing SQL, PL/SQL stored procedures, and API integrations
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
