Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Support Engineer - Billing responsible for implementing and maintaining insurance products using a proprietary low-code development framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze production support cases and develop clear action plans
  • Lead root cause analysis for high severity cases and drive them towards permanent code fixes
  • Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering and provide technical documentation

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology with 7+ years of experience
  • Experience with Majesco Property & Casualty or similar insurance-related solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Java or equivalent object-oriented programming language
  • Experience in developing SQL, PL/SQL stored procedures, and API integrations
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
