Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Support Engineer - Custom Policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze production support cases and develop clear action plans
  • Prepare data patches and lead Root Cause Analysis for high severity cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate policy records and documentation

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology
  • 7+ years of working experience in data management or related roles
  • Experience with Property & Casualty Insurance is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL, and web services
  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
