Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Support Engineer - Custom Policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production support cases and develop clear action plans
- Prepare data patches and lead Root Cause Analysis for high severity cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate policy records and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology
- 7+ years of working experience in data management or related roles
- Experience with Property & Casualty Insurance is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL, and web services
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
