Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer, open to remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of automation engineers to enhance automated testing for business software
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to clarify requirements and project direction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering, preferably with Cypress
- Experience in leading a team of test automation engineers
- Proven ability to identify and implement improvements in testing practices and frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of automated testing for user interfaces, APIs, and performance scenarios
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes
