Lead Travel Experience Counselor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Travel Experience Counselor III.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage travel arrangements for corporate travelers
- Monitor and coordinate entertainment workforce and assist travel counselors with inquiries
- Provide high-level customer service and resolve complex travel issues
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 7+ years of experience in a customer service environment, including 5+ years as a travel counselor
- Experience in VIP, Specialty, Entertainment, Production, Publicity, News, and Sports travel
- Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
- Proficiency with fare calculations, pricing, processing tickets, refunds, and exchanges
