Lead UX Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to enhance user satisfaction through intuitive and user-centered design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes while optimizing existing user interface designs
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to conduct user experience research and usability tests to inform design decisions
- Work cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to define end-user needs and ensure project UI goals are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
- 5 - 7 years of related experience in UX design
- Experience with design tools, preferably Figma
- Familiarity with collaboration tools, preferably Miro & FigJam
- Healthcare experience is beneficial
