Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of training curricula and manage deployment of training programs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related fields
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training needs and effectiveness
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
