Job Summary

A publishing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Learning and Enablement Program Manager in Riverwoods.

Must be able to:

• Identify resources and develops tools to help move sales opportunities forward
• Create operational standards and procedures
• Manage the administration, logistics and scheduling of enablement programs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Willingness to travel 30%
• 5-8 years of business experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years' experience in a Learning & Enablement function
• Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition
• Microsoft Office Suite Skills
