Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Consultant who will drive learning and development excellence for the Enterprise team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise Client Directors to provide learning expertise during client meetings and proposals
- Conduct client consultations to assess learning needs and recommend targeted interventions
- Deliver high-quality workshops and ongoing consultancy to enhance client engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in learning and development principles
- Experience in consulting and facilitating client workshops
- Strong ability to coach and mentor sales teams on L&D solutions
- Proven track record in designing learning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ability to analyze organizational challenges and propose tailored learning solutions
