Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Design Professional II to analyze and develop training content for Member Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze learning needs and design effective training solutions
- Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring relevance and compliance
- Assess training effectiveness through performance evaluations and learner engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 3 years of instructional design or technical experience
- Experience with instructional design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360
- Familiarity with the ADDIE model or similar instructional design frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
