Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and create effective learning and assessment experiences for client onboarding
• Design and develop engaging learning programs aligned with organizational goals
• Work with internal teams to define learning requirements and goals

Required Qualifications:

• Up to 4 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning content development
• Bachelor's degree in learning design, educational technology, education, or equivalent
• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with online learning development and learner analytics
• Understanding of basic video and audio production for script development
