Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to create engaging learning experiences and oversee training projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify performance and skill gaps and design aligned training solutions
- Utilize Adult Learning Theory to develop and update various learning materials, including eLearning and blended learning solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance metrics, and continuously improve the learning experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer role
- Experience consulting with business leaders on training design and development
- Experience integrating accessibility and inclusivity principles into learning
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, or related field preferred
- Certification from ATD, Training Magazine Live & Online, or similar is a plus
