Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Facilitator to develop and implement training programs aligned with business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and implement training programs for employees
• Conduct special courses and provide individual coaching to address skill gaps
• Evaluate data to identify learning issues and collaborate with management to design improvements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of experience in training or facilitating
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: 1+ years of training experience in a contact center
• Preferred: 1+ years of training experience in the Healthcare industry
