Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Facilitator to develop and implement training programs aligned with business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, administer, and implement training programs for employees
- Conduct special courses and provide individual coaching to address skill gaps
- Evaluate data to identify learning issues and collaborate with management to design improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in training or facilitating
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: 1+ years of training experience in a contact center
- Preferred: 1+ years of training experience in the Healthcare industry
