Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Consultant to manage leave of absence and accommodation processes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer leave of absence and accommodation processes for employees as an extension of the client's HR department
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate eligibility for leave and wage replacement options
  • Generate required notices and reports while assisting clients with complicated leave cases

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years in leave of absence and ADA administration
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to manage groups using independent judgment
  • Experience in providing superior customer service
