Legal Affairs Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst - Legal Affairs to join their Innovation Hub within the Legal function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation workflows tailored to Legal's needs
- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for improved productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation solutions and manage integrations across systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in automation development or software engineering
- Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBA)
- Experience working in or with corporate legal departments and understanding legal processes
