Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal document reviews and interpretations related to investment and financing
- Collaborate with external legal counsel to manage legal processes and disputes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in investment activities
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law, preferably in the operating jurisdiction
- 3-5 years of legal experience in investment and financing law
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication
