Job Summary
A company is looking for a Liability Litigation Claims Examiner with litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and processing claims through action plans to reach timely resolutions
- Negotiating settlements within designated authority
- Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification in line of business preferred
- Litigation experience required
- Adjuster license required
