Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Litigation Claims Examiner with litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and processing claims through action plans to reach timely resolutions
  • Negotiating settlements within designated authority
  • Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Professional certification in line of business preferred
  • Litigation experience required
  • Adjuster license required
