Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Behavioral Care Advocate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage specialty care for the Medicare and Retirement population, facilitating alternative placements
- Review daily census for placement barriers and reduce length of stay for members awaiting discharge
- Consult with facility staff on treatment plans and maintain a database of local alternate living facilities
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, or active RN with 2+ years in behavioral health
- 2+ years of post-Masters experience in a mental health environment
- Active and unrestricted professional licenses
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Dedicated office space and access to high-speed internet
