Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - Case Management - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate member education and caregiver involvement in interventions
- Provide advocacy and support to members and their families, ensuring access to treatment resources
- Conduct condition-specific research and maintain clinical records while participating in clinical rounds
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; or Licensed Ph.D., or a Registered Nurse with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
- Active, unrestricted, independent license in the state of residence
- 2+ years of post-licensure experience in a related mental health environment
- 1+ years of case management experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and reliable high-speed internet access
