Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison to serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information related to behavioral health and substance use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and review member clinical records and services related to behavioral health
  • Partner with staff and departments on provider education and outreach to identify and address gaps
  • Implement procedures for tracking and resolving operational issues between providers and facilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or equivalent nursing degree
  • 4-6 years of experience in behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting
  • Experience with treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse
  • Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, RN, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist required
  • State-specific licensure may be required for AZ, FL, GA, NV, and WA
