Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison to serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information related to behavioral health and substance use.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and review member clinical records and services related to behavioral health
- Partner with staff and departments on provider education and outreach to identify and address gaps
- Implement procedures for tracking and resolving operational issues between providers and facilities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or equivalent nursing degree
- 4-6 years of experience in behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting
- Experience with treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse
- Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, RN, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist required
- State-specific licensure may be required for AZ, FL, GA, NV, and WA
