Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Behavioral Health Specialist (LCSW) for a remote, on-call position with variable shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and triage patients via telehealth in emergency and inpatient settings
• Provide clinical social work consult services, including treatment recommendations and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
• Active Clinical Social Worker License in one of the specified states upon hire
• 5 years of post-graduate experience in an Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting
• Experience with Electronic Health Record documentation (EPIC preferred)
