Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Clinician: LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC in Family Medicine and Mental Health Clinical Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based interventions using the Collaborative Care Model
- Collaborate with primary care providers and other behavioral health professionals
- Utilize technology platforms to deliver brief interventions and treatment techniques
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts as an associate clinician (LMSW) or independent clinician (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC)
- Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches
- Proficiency in handling higher-acuity patients/situations
- Familiarity with behavioral health screening tools (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc.)
