Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote EAP Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide goal-oriented phone support services to program participants
- Assess individual needs and offer personalized support and advocacy
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality and privacy requirements, including HIPAA
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health discipline or related field
- Current valid license in a related field (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- 2+ years of experience providing evidence-based treatments and short-term psychotherapy
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
