Licensed Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant to support kidney care management and patient services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and confirm patient referrals and eligibility for services
• Schedule virtual appointments and follow up on patient visits and lab work
• Ensure all relevant patient records are collected and documented accurately

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Current, active Medical Assistant License and/or Certificate (e.g., CMA or CCMA)
• Preferred: Nephrology medical practice experience and Acumen experience
