Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Medicare Agent (Remote) position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls
- Assist callers with understanding their Medicare coverage and selecting appropriate products
- Make outbound follow-up calls and offer additional products/services
Required Qualifications:
- Current Health insurance license in the state of residence
- Minimum six months of sales experience
- Follow HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer savvy
