Licensed Mental Health Provider

Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time mental health provider to focus on care delivery within its member network.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling sessions and conduct clinical risk assessments
• Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as needed
• Utilize data-driven decision making and review client metrics to ensure quality care

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in specified states
• Able to work a full 40-hour work week and maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week
• Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT
• Comfortable providing safety planning and intervention for high-risk clients
• 3+ years of post-licensed experience is preferred
