Licensed Scrum Master
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates all scrum events and provides feedback for process improvement
- Manages project scope and product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Promotes Agile practices and helps resolve conflicts to ensure team progress
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master in software development
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification required
