Job Summary
A company is looking for a full-time Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide outpatient services through a telehealth program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy and assessment services via telehealth
- Develop and implement treatment plans in partnership with clients
- Utilize comprehensive assessments to inform treatment strategies
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of relevant experience
- Valid LSW license in the state of Illinois
- Comfortable with technology and adapting to a fast-paced environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Fluency in English; Spanish is preferred
