Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Wellness Coach - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Positively impact the educational, behavioral, social, and emotional welfare of students
- Develop rapport with students through personalized check-ins and trust-building language
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to facilitate growth and goal achievement
Required Qualifications
- Licensure or Certification in a mental health field (LCSW, LPC, CSC, etc.)
- Master's degree in counseling or a related field
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Experience in a mental health or therapeutic setting
- Knowledge of CASEL and National Health and Wellness Standards
