Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist for a Substance Use Disorder Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for members
Conduct individual counseling and group therapy with adolescents and adults
Identify and initiate referrals for social service programs and advocate for members' needs

Qualifications:

LCSW, LMFT, LMHC with a Washington license
Experience with substance abuse population and maternal substance abuse preferred
Background in working with adults and adolescents
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
Remote work experience
