Job Summary

Providing flexible, hybrid therapy services, the full-time Licensed Therapist in WV will conduct mental health assessments, deliver individual and group therapy sessions, and develop tailored treatment plans for at-risk youth, primarily outside of school hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct initial mental health assessments and document therapy sessions according to best practices
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques
  • Maintain electronic records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality
Required qualifications
  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling
  • At least 1 year of experience in child welfare services
  • A valid professional Master's level, provisional or full license in social work, therapy, or counseling
  • Understanding of cultural influences on human behavior
  • Ability to foster respectful partnerships with clients and their families
