Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist to manage software licensing processes and support sales and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage license quoting and renewal processes, ensuring timely delivery of license keys
- Support Customer Success Managers in maintaining volume licensing agreements
- Generate licensing quotes and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software licensing and revenue management
- Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills and data analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with sales technology stack tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- CRM knowledge, preferably HubSpot
- Experience with Atlassian products is a plus
