Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lien Clearance Associate to help clients clear title issues in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review new files to determine lien clearance needs and resolve title issues
  • Notify customers of lien issues and work with them to resolve concerns efficiently
  • Coordinate with lenders and internal teams to ensure a smooth lien clearance process

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain focus and perform under pressure
  • Willingness to work approved overtime when necessary
