Job Summary
A company is looking for a Life Sales Operations Advocate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and documentation to ensure efficient case completion
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to foster client relationships and resolve inquiries
- Assist in streamlining internal processes and support the Sales team with system development and client onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or high school diploma with 5-7 years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of life insurance experience, preferably with case management experience
- 5-10 years in the financial services industry, specifically with life products
- Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience working with CRM or other tracking methods
