Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Sales Operations Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client communications and documentation to ensure efficient case completion
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to foster client relationships and resolve inquiries
  • Assist in streamlining internal processes and support the Sales team with system development and client onboarding

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or high school diploma with 5-7 years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of life insurance experience, preferably with case management experience
  • 5-10 years in the financial services industry, specifically with life products
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Experience working with CRM or other tracking methods
