Job Summary
A company is looking for a Linux Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and engineering services to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer issues through a ticketing system and respond within designated service-level agreements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while understanding customer business needs
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to create solutions and contribute to the knowledge management system
Required Qualifications and Education
- 2+ years of experience in a support, sustaining, or development role within an enterprise environment
- Excellent understanding of Linux and PaaS, with advanced troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of installation, networking, firewall, security, and databases using Linux
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the enterprise IT sector
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) required or to be obtained after starting
