Loan Boarding Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Boarding SME responsible for hands-on support of all servicing activity within the mortgage servicing areas pertaining to Loan Boarding during the lifecycle of the MSP mortgage servicing system conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up loan accounts and ensure compliance with OFAC reporting
- Ensure accuracy of pricing and repayment schedules for loans
- Fund loans based on disbursement authorization and maintain reporting requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Mortgage Servicing experience in Loan Boarding working on MSP
- Prior experience with MSP Mortgage Servicing System conversion preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Loan Boarding rules and regulations
- Knowledge of investor rules for GSE, GOV, Private, and Bank-owned portfolios
- Proven ability to support Loan Boarding operations during system conversion
