Long Term Disability Claim Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Long Term Disability Claim Manager to manage a caseload of Long Term Disability cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage claims by engaging with customers and understanding their conditions
• Develop Strategic Case Plans focusing on the future direction of claims
• Evaluate customer eligibility and interact with various stakeholders to gather relevant information

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Experience in Long Term Disability Claims preferred
• Background in hospital administration, medical office management, or financial services is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office applications is required
• Must be technically savvy and able to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
