Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to build systems for trust and safety in their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop systems for preventing abuse and improving guardrails in generative models and tools
• Collaborate with an engineering team to push the boundaries of generative models and content creation
• Work with sensitive content and situations that may be offensive or disturbing

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering or research experience in machine learning, computer vision, and/or graphics
• Solid knowledge of at least one machine learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Strong programming skills with the ability to write clean and maintainable research code
• Experience in rapidly prototyping solutions under tight product deadlines
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills
